Olym Sports is a professional manufacturer of composite material rowing boats, kayaks, canoes both for racing and recreation/touring, oars and paddles. We are also the exclusive distributor for Alden Rowing Shells, Heart Rate Monitors (Polar, Acumen), Concept II rowing machines/oars, Nielsen Kellerman Electronics.
The company was founded by Mr. Shao Shengjian in 2001 after his
technical/sales career in another Chinese boat builders since 1993
after his graduation from China Zhejiang University .
Our location is in ChunJian Industrial Zone of Fuyang City, an affiliated city
to Hangzhou of Zhejiang Province in China . The company can be reached
190KM from Shanghai HongQiao Int’l Airport or 220Km from Shanghai
PuDong Int’l Airport (PVG).
PRODUCTS DESIGN/TECHNOLOGY
We utilize the most recognized boat shapes and designs from FISA and other boat designers. We are also capable in modify upon client’s requirements.
After several years accumulation we are handling with 2 sets of racing
shells designs, 2 sets of kayak/canoe shapes, several sets of rowing oars
blades, kayak/canoe paddles, IDBF dragon paddles, a full range line of sea
kayak and touring canoes.
Under much cooperative work with the boat designers and top material suppliers, we are using high
end composite materials (carbon, Aramid, Nomex Honeycomb, etc.) on the boats with the best epoxy
resin of the world. In the moulds, they are laminated and processed with vacuum and heating
technology. This will give our boats are good combining between skins and cores, adequate tort ional
strength / rigidity, lightness and great reliability for more than ten years.

DSM, DIAB, AREX, etc. for their treasure supplying cooperation
Sea grade space use stainless steel (304 and 316) , aluminum and high strength plastic are used on all boat fittings.
Car paint or Gel coat finish.
Custom color is available.
We offer to clients 12-month warranty for all boats from date of ex works delivery.
